New shocking video footage reveals approximately 30,000 depleted uranium hexafluoride (DUF6) cylinders being stored outside of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant without any form of protective covering.

The plant is located in the southern Ohio town of Piketon, OH.  It enriched uranium from 1952-2001, and accumulated a massive amount of radioactive byproducts.

In your opinion, is the plant’s DUF6 storage method safe for the environment and the surrounding community?
