With memories of last May’s multi million dollar flood damages fresh in their minds, Huntington residents watched apprehensively Thursday as Ritter Park’s Four Pole Creek reached 100% capacity.
With flood warnings in effect in Ohio and Kentucky until 9:00 PM, HNN documented the fast rising Four Pole Creek at Twelfth Street East, Fifth Street West at Whitaker Blvd and North Blvd.
