The Huntington Museum of Art will present Holiday Open House on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2023, from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free, but visitors may bring nonperishable food for Facing Hunger Foodbank and warm clothes for Cridlin Clothing & Food Pantry.

Holiday Open House at HMA will feature musical performances; a visit with Santa; shopping in the Museum Store; art activities in the Education Gallery; and refreshments. Also, the exhibit of artist-decorated trees titled “Art on a Limb” will be on view at HMA during Holiday Open House. “Art on a Limb” goes on view at HMA on Nov. 28, 2023, and continues through Jan. 7, 2024. The C. Fred Edwards Conservatory will feature holiday botanical stations.

Musical performances in HMA’s Grace Rardin Doherty Auditorium will feature Cabell Midland Collegium Musicum at 1:30 p.m. and the Wayne Elementary Honor Choir & Percussion Ensemble at 2:30 p.m.

“We love that this event at the Huntington Museum of Art helps the community get in the holiday spirit,” said Raine Klover, HMA’s Director of Guest Services. “Holiday Open House is a longstanding tradition at HMA, and we enjoy hearing the young musical performers and seeing visitors appreciate the artist-decorated trees and festive atmosphere.”
