Over 40 artists with their vendor tables and displays filled West Edge Factory on Saturday, October 28. This annual event is organized by Lilly Dyer and Heath Holley. Along with the pop-up market, Localization includes an art exhibition, music performances, film festival, and a rockin’ after party at The Loud.
