A Nicholas County Sheriff’s Deputy faced a terrifying moment on Sunday when he was shot at while on duty. Fortunately, he was able to escape unharmed.
The suspect, Joshua Leaf Carver, 32, was taken into custody, and West Virginia State Police Captain L.T. Goldie discussed the incident on MetroNews Midday the following day.
