Four individuals were taken into custody Tuesday following an investigation into a suspected drug-trafficking operation in Parkersburg. The arrests were made by the Parkersburg Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force, with help from the Parkersburg Police Department SWAT team.
Authorities served three search warrants at addresses along 19th Street: 1607 19th St., 1421 19th St., Apt. 2, and 1419 19th St., Apt. R. The operation led to the discovery of approximately 1.6 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, 96 grams of suspected fentanyl, 23 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a handgun, and a large sum of cash.
The following individuals were arrested and charged:
- Johnny Lee Bell, 51, of Detroit, was charged with multiple felony counts: possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl; delivery of fentanyl; and drug conspiracy. His bond was set at $250,000 surety.
- Natasha Dunn, 35, of Parkersburg, was charged with drug conspiracy. Bond: $15,000 surety.
- Amber Perry-Fluharty, 38, of Parkersburg, was charged with drug conspiracy. Bond: $20,000 surety.
- Grace Keaffaber, 37, of Parkersburg, was also charged with drug conspiracy. Bond: $20,000 surety.
According to the Task Force, additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
The Parkersburg Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force includes officers from the Parkersburg Police Department, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Vienna Police Department, Williamstown Police Department, and the West Virginia State Police.
This latest bust highlights ongoing efforts to combat the spread of dangerous narcotics like fentanyl and methamphetamine in the region.
