An Anmoore man is facing serious charges following a deadly crash in Doddridge County that claimed the life of a woman earlier this week.

According to authorities, the incident occurred late Saturday night along U.S. Route 50 when the suspect, identified as 37-year-old James Carter, allegedly lost control of his vehicle while under the influence. His car reportedly crossed the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
