PRE-GAME NOTES
- In the team’s final ‘Fans First’ game against Lees-McRae on Wednesday, Wyatt Fricks registered a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
- The Herd made 41 of its 69 attempts from the field (59.4 percent), making 62.9 percent of its shots (22-of-35) in the second half. Marshall also had 28 assists while committing just 14 turnovers.
- This will be back-to-back seasons for Marshall opening up against Queens, falling last season in Charlotte.
ABOUT THE ROYALS
- Queens is entering its second season in Division I men’s basketball.
- The Royals finished 18-15 last season with a 7-11 record in its first season in the ASUN.
