Why are Technetium-99, Neptunium and Plutonium being detected near Piketon High School?

In our second part to ‘Radioactive Schools near Piketon, OH – Zahn’s Corner is not Alone’, we focus on Piketon High School.

Using the Department of Energy’s own monitoring data, we are shown a stunning amount of radioactive detects at monitoring stations across the street from the school, as well as less than a mile away.

This goes to show Zahn’s Corner Middle School, which shut down in 2019 due to radiation detections, is not alone!
