Rough and Rowdy 2023 took place earlier this month at the Mountain Health Arena in Huntington, WV.
Sponsored by Barstool Sports, promoter Jerry Thomas pulled out all the stops to give our Jewel City an entertaining, action packed evening of combat featuring traditional light and heavyweight bouts, dwarf fights, and the first ever sanctioned transgender matchup to take place in Appalachia.
Brittany Vaughn, friend of HNN and hero to many came out victorious from the aforementioned matchup, lasting three hard fought rounds.

The event also featured commentators Dave Portnoy, President of Barstool, and Dan “Big Cat” Katz — who left the event early due to the birth of his child, only adding to the excitement of Rough and Rowdy.
